Hello,
Does anyone know if Oracle Inventory has the concept of a temporary item number? We would like to set up an expense subinventory but want to know if there is a way of assigning the expense item a temporary item number so that once the item is issued out, the number will no longer be valid. It would save us having to maintain item numbers for items that are not stock items.
