I have tried to recompile and ran adgrant but got the same error

AutoPatch error:
Error while executing statement

AutoPatch error:
ORA-04063: package body "APPS.FND_STATS" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.FND_STATS"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_STATS_UTIL_PKG", line 116
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_STATS_UTIL_PKG", line 207
ORA-06512: at line 5

Error calling adphistGatherStatsIfNecessary(TASK_TIMING, 42790)
AutoPatch error:
aimini(): Error calling adptaskStoreTimInfoToHist()

alter package fnd_stats compile;
alter package fnd_stats compile body;

How can this be fix

What I have done sofar that was working are
1. install 11.2.0.1 starter db on AIX server
2. Took an export of 9208 on HP
3. Import the 9208 to 11201 on AIX
4. Install R12.1.1 TO laid down the new file system for upgrade
5. Re run rapidwiz to upgrade and configure the new system
6. run the udriver and nls driver
7. Implement auto config on the db and apps tier

I have done two iteration, tested and got a sign off.
I'm now doing the 3rd trial with one more to go but encountering error while running u6678700.drv
it appears the workers are hung on some processes and attempt to restart it has been very painful and not working.

Any advice?

Got pass this error after recompiling the fnd_stats package that was invalid.
adpatch now appears to be hung with 12555 jobs to go.
