Hi,

Our front end OAS is 10.1.2.2 that is installed on windows operating system 2003 and Database is 11gR2. According to Oracle to remain certified we need to upgrade OAS to 10.1.2.3. Is it mandatory to move to OAS 10.1.2.3? If it is not what precautions should one take to ensure that we are covered. The OAS will be upgraded in the next 6-9 months. We need to ensure that we do not have an issue until then.

Do not forget to recompile all the .fmb files against 11gr2 database.
Otherwise you may face abnormal behavior of your application (specially concurrent transaction, Session management, ora-08177)
