What is oracle ? why we should go for oracle database instead of diffrent databases available in the industry.

Ah, yet another "why is Oracle the best"?
If you want to keep information about how much money you pay for gas consumption at home, MS Excel spreadsheet is just enough.
If you have many DVDs, you might want to create a database (containing actors' information, directors, whatever) - MS Access can be an excellent choice.
If you want to have a forum, MySQL might be the right choice for you.
etc. etc.
Depending on the requirements, your choice might change. Buying an (expensive) Oracle Enterprise Edition just to keep your DVDs collection in it is a bad, bad choice. Handling millions of financial transactions (daily) in MS Access is a bad, bad choice.
So, what makes Oracle a good choice? BecauseOracle It's proven to be fast, reliable, secure and easy to manage for all types of database workloads including enterprise applications, data warehouses and big data analysis.
There's much more reading here; also, you may Google for it (here, for example). Or, even better, contact any Oracle Sales representative - he/she'll surely find the right words to convince you that Oracle is the best (don't worry, you'd probably hear the same from MS SQL Server's Sales representative).
