Through report hyperlink can we see report output in a separate browser window. [message #557257]

In a forms 11g possible to show report output in a separate browser window.
Using Web.Show_Document(url,'_blank'),the second argument is specified as
'_blank', which means that the Reports output is shown in a separate browser window.

Hyperlink URL

http://irfan:9002/reports/rwservlet?userid=abc/xyz@dbstr&server=ReportsSvr&desformat=htmlcss&destype=CACHE&report=F:\IncomeStatement.rdf&paramform=Yes

Is it possible to using the report hyperlink we can open a separate browser window / New browser tab.

Does anybody have idea about this.
