What one should do if he doesn't know the password of SYS Users. And he wants to do some administrative task.

And When Switching to oracle shell by typing su -oracle, it will ask for the password, then what should we do here?Im a fresher please ignore my silly points.

Ask your sysadmin what is or to change the oracle account password. This is no more an Oracle question.
