Dear Sir,
I am Developer 10g developer and working on both forms & reports. I have developed an application (Financial Accounting Software) and now i want to plan to market it. But i am also concerned about oracle licensing. I read a lot of material but i didn't understand it. Can anybody tell me if i can develop an application and deploy compiled forms and reports to any third person. Or developer need license to transfer its application. I know the third person whom i transfer my application must need license of database but i also wanna know either he also need license of the compiled stuff of developer suite also. Please let me know about it soon. I will be grateful to you.
