We previously had one application server Oracle 9ias and due to some networking issues it's no more and we have only corrupt CD's , kindly can someone help us in getting that software downloaded.

That is true, but they will provide installation files if you are paying a license for using that software. If you used it ... well, not legally, you're out of luck.
