hello experts,
we have an application and oracle is used as backend.some days ago an issue is raised that is when users increases to login then database get hanged then we increased the number of processes and then it worked fine , but now this same problem raised again while increasing the number of users ,is there any permanent solution for it to get rid off from the problem .
should there any changes be done in sga or pga memory area?

please tell me how should i fix this problem?

Set the number of processes for your target workload.

No unless there is a problem with the current settings.
Use Statspack/AWR to know where are the performances problems.
