I want to install apex 4.1.1 but unfortunately getting error during installation, would anyone help me and solve my problem or give me details with step by step installation process.

I have downloaded oracle apex 4.1.1 in my software folder then I unzip the folder into apex folder after that I run the apexins.sql script but it ask me some inputs so please tell me what should I write in these inputs.

Amazing! What made you think that you'll successfully install Apex without reading and FOLLOWING the Installation Guide? Everything you need to know (your "details with step by step installation process") is described in there. Be so kind, navigate to the Guide, read it and do what it says.
