Hello,

I am trying to install Oracle Forms 11.1.2.0 on Windows Server 2008. I have gone through the install guide and installed WLS 10.3.5 first and I am now going through the Forms installer. It installs fine but when it gets to Executing: opmnctl startproc ias-component=rptserver it fails. with below.

Error
--> Process (index=1,uid=216534918,pid=2908)
    failed to start a managed process after the maximum retry limit
    Log:
    E:\Oracle\Middleware\frinst\diagnostics\logs\ReportsServerComponent\RptSvr_FGUAP2K8EMTS01_frinst\console~RptSvr_FGUAP2K8EMTS01_frinst~1.log

When I look in the log file it mentions there is nothing but:

Has anyone run into this?
