EM Configration Issue [message #544075]

Dear All,

I have sucessfully installed the 11g R2 database and its working fine with windows 7 32 bit. But When I want to Open EM it doesnt opens. I have used c:\>emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create.
It gives me error which is attached in JPG.
Anyone can help me in that issue.

Everything that is in a DOS box can be copied and pasted here in text mode and inline, you don't need to attach an image or a file that many of us can't or don't want to download.

To create EM repository the database must be up and running.
