along with that please also tell me........

I've moved your question to the MySQL forum, perhaps someone there can help (not me - I don't work with MySQL). You will have to begin by posting the code you have written so far, and describing what you are stuck on. No-one here is going to do your homework for you, but people will help if you show that you are trying to learn.
