Hello folks,
I have installed on my Laptop HP :
1/ OS = Windows 7 (x64)French version.
2/ Oracle 11g R2 (downloaded from the website Oracle).

My Goal is to launch OEM and work with it:

I click the menu Windows, go to the folder "Oracle - OraDb11g_home1", go and click on "Database Control - orcl".

The Internet Explorer leads me to the URL:
https://kader-hp:1158/em/console/logon/logon

I enter the username "SYSMAN" and the password I've set during the creation process of the database orcl.

I receive the followin error :
"Une erreur interne s'est produite. Pour plus d'informations, consultez le fichier journal."

Can anybody help .. I'll be thankful

trying to connect to EM when it is not running correctly results in error being thrown.

post results from issuing command below
emctl start dbconsole

BUT When I check the window SERVICES to see the services that are running in my Laptop;The service OracleDBConsoleorcl has got the following:

Status = Empty
running type = automatic
session = system local

posted log content is from Feb 1 & 100% useless.

when was last time EM worked without error?

Since the first time I've installed Oracle 11g R2, I've never managed to launch the EM Console.
whenever I try, I find myself in front of the problem I'm asking you to solve Smile

But I can check the tables of the db orcl from sqlplus.

Database Control requires a Java process and a Perl process, if one of them is running and the other isn't you can get the situation where it can't be stopped or started. I would kill all perl and java processes, and then try to start it.

I scrolled down the windows of SERVICES in my laptop, but noticed no name containing "Java" nor "Perl". So if killig those services is a solution of my problem, where then can I find them?

They aren't services, they are processes. You had better talk to your Windows adminsitrator.

ctl + alt +Del leads me where the processes are. I've noticed only Java.exe running and I stopped it... But it launches itself again automatically.

I can contact no system Administrator, simply because I work on my own LAPTOP.

the attached txt file is exactly what I got in the internet Browser when I click on "Database Control - orcl" from the Oracle Folder "Oracle - OraDb11g_home1" in the menu "program".

I've accessed to the Windows Fire Wall and stopped all the Java process,though the problem still persists !!

I did what you advised me to, but nothing good heppens. I can not launch the OE Console.

I have deinstalled oracle 11g R2 from my Laptop, and cleaned all the registries, and Reinstalled Oracle 11gR2 once again.
the db orcl is nicely created, but still I can not launch the OE Console.

And I did the following:

STEP 1:

I can not start the "Agent service" Oracl eOraDb11g_home1ClrAgent !!
