We have recently Upgraded from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.5 On Our Dev Environment.
While compiling an Invalid "Procedure"
We got

No errors in alert_log.
Verified with Oracle Support about it and found that its Bug on 10.2.0.5 and there is no workaround available for it.And this has been fixed in V 12.1.

Edit:Just Read the Doc carefully and Got resolved this Error.fixing errors Other than Internal does n`t report this Error.
