We have recently Upgraded from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.5 On Our Dev Environment.

While compiling an Invalid "Procedure"
We got

Quote:
dev> sho err
Errors for PROCEDURE xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:

LINE/COL ERROR
-------- -----------------------------------------------------------------
0/0 ORA-06544: PL/SQL: internal error, arguments: [ph2_cly out of
bounds in PH2POP.], [0], [1240], [], [], [], [], []

No errors in alert_log.
Verified with Oracle Support about it and found that its Bug on 10.2.0.5 and there is no workaround available for it.And this has been fixed in V 12.1.
