finding private and public db_links [message #538841]

Is there a query I can use to find all private/public db_links
within a DB? If owner in dba_dba_links has a name can I assume
that the link is private and owned by that user?


select owner, db_link from dba_db_links;

If that is the case, how can I find public DB_LINKS

SQL> select owner from dba_db_links;

OWNER
------------------------------
PUBLIC
USER1
USER1
