unable to load salary data into HRMS [message #536414]

Hello,

I have an excel spreadsheet with the following values

1. Employee ID
2. From (effective_date)
3. Annual Salary
4. Bi-Weekly Salary
5. Reason for Change
6. Status

These are all current employees in the HRMS system. I need to know which table I should load the data into and then how I process it (with an API I presume) into the E-Business Suite HRMS System.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
