I enabled audit in my database bye setting audit_trail=db
in parameter file ,but still not able to track all
changes ie changes are not reflecting in Dba_Audit_Trail table or any other table .

I also fired command to audit
"audit delete on dept by access" but still not able to capture all log information.

kindly suggest.

Did you restart the instance after changing the audit_trail parameter?
