i install oracle 11g on windows 7 32bit. i cant open page: //localhost:1158/em

please guidance me

Welcome to the forum. Please read OraFAQ Forum Guide

And in the meantime, first you need to check whether the Windows service under which the DB console runs is started. Look at your Windows services, there should be one called something like OracleDBConsoleorcl and it needs to be started.

i found oracle dbconsole .it were in started. but page cant open and
messege is:

what clues exist within EM log file?

This "error" is nothing to with Oracle, it is your browser rejecting a digital certificate that has not come from a trusted authority. So tell your browser to trust it.

(and by the way, you might want to say "thank you")
