I need to change Virtual IP for one of my RAC node as it is conflicting with another server's IP. Can some one guide what steps I will need to follow? Any link to a guide or blog would be really helpful.

If you are using static addresses, lookup
srvctl modify nodeapps
it is all in the docs, http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E11882_01/rac.112/e16795/srvctladmin.htm#CHDBJBIG
Or use DHCP and GNS, which would be a much better solution.
