I want to ask that which license will be cheaper and will be feasible for future if we purchase Processor base or user base. we had approx 75 users in different locations may be it will increase.

It depends on how your workload will change in the future: more users or more needed power.

Have you looked at the Oracle Store price list? A processor licence is 50 times the cost of each named user licence.
