Hi.
subject :copy component from a module to another one
In oracle repository I copied a copmponent by drage(deep copy) from a module to another module.
then I changed some new component properties.It does not have any problem until I delete the first(source) module .I by accident
found that the second component inclusion such as Table usage or unbound items have deleted subsequently.(that I thoutght it does not have any refrence to first component) .
How can solve this problem.

You'll have to remake the component/module, fix the new component and not use deep copy again. Designer does not easily allow copies to be made, be very carefull when you copy something (unless you planned for one original to be re-used a lot), and don't ever touch the original parts. We usually simply remake something... its a bit more work, but there's no danger involved at all.

sorry Baranor .I did not understand what you mean.
when we could copy and paste Entity and it's attribute in repository why we could not do it for module and it's component.I don't know the differences . in copy Entity ,two entities did not have any dependence .and by deleting one entity the another one will remain safe.
