Hello,
I create personalization in a sales order form to put a special charchter in "pricing attribute2 " field.
I did the following
Trigger : WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE
Trigger obgject : LINE.PRICING_CONTEXT
Condition :
substr(:LINE.ORDERED_ITEM_DSP,1,2)='11'
and :ORDER.TRANSACTIONAL_CURR_CODE='EGP'
Target Object : Line.pricing_attribute2
Value : CF
This code is sometimes work and I found the value CF in "pricing_attribute2" and sometimes I did not find it.
I do not why.
So I did another personalization like the above but change the trigger to be "WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD" and
Trigger obgject : LINE
But also the same result.
I do not why.
Can anyone help me.
