i want to put new indian rupees symbol in my oracle report i have put fornts in start > controlpanel >fornts. and i type this symbol in microsoft word also but i cannot put this symbol in oracle forms
so how can i put this symbol in oracle forms

I did it here with Example. I was able to do that in Oracle report builder 6i

This thing is work in report builder....

but i want to make it run able on oracle application server...

while running report from forms to reports...

at that time the font is not supported even i had paste the ruppie forbiden font in application server...

i have solution

i did this ..follow this steps its reaply helpfull to all of you

1) FIRST DOWNLOAD Rupee_Foradian.ttf FROM GOOGLE

2) THAN COPY THIS FRONT IN START > CONTROLPANEL > FORNTS FOLDER

3) THAN MODYFY THIS uifont.ali

4) YOU CAN FIND uifont.ali = "Your Drive:\OraHome_2\tools\common"

5) Open this file in word pad AND PUT THIS LINE INTO THIS FILE
[ PDF ] RupeeForadian ="Rupee_Foradian.ttf"

i use linux and i am getting the font in windows 2003 server.
In linux the uifont.ali is in

ORACLE_HOME\tools\common90 (Windows)
ORACLE_HOME/guicommon9/tk90/admin (UNIX)

i did added this in the file under PDF;SUBSET
RUPEE FORADIAN="RUPEE_FORADIAN.TTF"

but still its not working. anything missed out by me . Pl do suggest necessasy methods.
