Well for Oracle, there are a number of approaches concerning cloud computing and that is really great as it lets the user choose which one suits him best. That goes without saying though that the users has to pick one that should be apt for what to use it with.

It can be as simple as something resembling an on demand service or other including hybrid clouds. It varies, really.
