hi,

hi i am new in solaris scripting. I want to ask that is there any way to check the output of the solaris bash script line by line during runtime of script execuation.

I actually want to check the values during script execuation at runtime.

Thanks

I can't help, sorry.

However, note that this is an Oracle forum (dealing with Unix-related questions when they are related to Oracle as well). For genuine Unix problems, you should ask for help elsewhere (i.e. on one of Unix forums).

Check what? What "values" are you talking about here?
If you know the pattern, say ORA errors, you can just grep through the output.
