ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink and/or call Oracle support
Have a look at alert.log and trace files.

Regards
Michel

Use the oerr utility to get the details for the ORA-03113 error:

ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Cause: The connection between Client and Server process was broken.

Action: There was a communication error that requires further investigation.

First, check for network problems and review the SQL*Net setup.

Also, look in the alert.log file for any errors.

Finally, test to see whether the server process is dead and whether a trace file was generated at failure time.

ORA-03113 could be signaled for any of these scenarios:

Server machine crashed

Your server process was killed at O/S level

Network problems

Oracle internal errors / aborts on the server

Client incorrectly handling multiple connections

BETTER TO GO FOR SUPPORT

Ora-03113 is an unexpected end of file error that could not be handled by sql*net.

Cause: The most possible cause for the above error message is net8 server is no longer available or unable to respond to net8 client request. It can also occur due to network problem.

Resolution:
First check the oracle server, see the alert log and prefer to the oracle support.
Make sure listener is working correctly.
Change the used protocol or call network administrator to fix the problem."
