We currently use the mod_plsql upload capability configured thru the DAD settings. It all works great. We store it into a BLOB column. I have been tasked to do to see if WE CAN restrict the size of a file being uploaded. The upload feature allows the user to upload a file from their local environment.

I would greatly appreciate any insights/ideas/solutions to this.
