Oracle 11g R1 Installation error [message #513241]

Hi,

I was planning for an upgradation from oracle 10.2.0 to 11.1.0, for that i was installing oracle 11g r1 in the different home directory.

Oracle 10.2.0 Home dir: /oraeng/app/oracle/product/10.2.0
oracle 11.1.0 Home dir: /oraeng/app/oracle/product/11.1.0

Oracle 10g has got one database.

when i'm installing Oracle 11g in the different home directory(/oraeng/app/oracle/product/11.1.0) I'm receiving this error. Should i have to change some environment variables?

Note:

I changed the ORACLE_HOME, but when i echo $PATH it is showing oracle11g home as well as oracle10g home bin.

For your reference i have kept the screenshot.
