I have tried recreating the repository numerous different ways, setting the hostname to "localhost" or actual machine name (QMVM-JAX-DVDB). Also disabled DHCP (based on recommendations on a post I found). I figured out that I need to kill the java.exe process that attaches to the port so I can try restarting it...but beyond that, I am having no luck with it actually running.
Here's the result of my last attempt (using actual machine name):

I saw the line that said:

So I go looking for .log and .trc files...
Found emoms.trc (and emoms.log but they're both exactly identical) and don't seem very useful to me...

The first line seemed interesting...so I tried going to the URL in IE.
It opens just fine (after getting a certificate warning). I get a page that says:

I'm completely stumped. I don't know enough to get further than this.
Anyone know where to go from here? I'm pretty frustrated...
