Hi to all

how to we can change language of default component in APEX ,
FOR example I want to change title of "action menu" list in interactive report to Arabic lang.

I change some value of below script , but it doesn't work.
(((select name,message_text from apex_040000.wwv_flow_messages$
where name like 'APEXIR_%'))))

please resolve my problem. Thanks
