Hi I'm having this erros when I tried to login into EM:

2011-06-01 10:29:58 Thread-3404 WARN http: snmehl_connect: connect failed to (WIN-69WL56MFLQH:3938): No se puede establecer una conexión ya que el equipo de destino denegó expresamente dicha conexión.
(error = 10061)
2011-06-01 10:30:57 Thread-3692 ERROR main: nmectl.c: nmectl_validateTZRegion, agentTZoffset =-270,and testTZoffset for -05:00:-300 do not match
2011-06-01 10:30:58 Thread-3692 ERROR main: nmectl.c: nmectl_validateTZRegion, agentTZoffset =-270,and testTZoffset for -05:00:-300 do not match
2011-06-02 09:29:36 Thread-4552 WARN http: snmehl_connect: connect failed to (WIN-69WL56MFLQH:3938): No se puede establecer una conexión ya que el equipo de destino denegó expresamente dicha conexión.
(error = 10061)

I'm not pretty sure what to do so I would like some help...

Just a guess, but do you have port 3938 open? or is it already in use?
