This is one option:

last_record;
message('Number of records = ' || :system.cursor_record);

Or, you could utilize COUNT_QUERY built-in.

Or, loop record by record and count them.

is there any GET_BLOCK_PROPERTY built in function

to retrive direct value i want to use this value in for loop
