I need to move my indexes (around 300) from data tablespace to index tablespace. What's the best way to do it?

What is the reason you think this? It may be valid, but you also may have the misconception that indexes need to be in a separate tablespace from tables.

He just reads it on oracle-dba (scrambled) so it is obviously a very good advice. Twisted Evil

Second, Our company used to keep all the indexes in a different tablespace .... due to several reasons.

Michel is a Master .....I won't deny .... him

The basic premise is 100% invalid & flawed.
INDEX & TABLE can happily reside in same tablespace WITHOUT any negative repercussions.
