Hi
I installed Oracle 11gR2 withouth creating a database in my laptop. Later when I tried to crete the database using DBCA it shows error ORA-01078:failure in processing system parameters.
I clicked on ignore error, then shows the error ORA-01034: Oracle not available.
Please attached database creation summary

ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
 *Cause:  Failure during processing of INIT.ORA parameters during
            system startup.
 *Action:  Further diagnostic information should be in the error stack.


Check in the alert.log file.

I have given wrong value for log_archive_dest_state_3. Now issue got solved
