BECOME USER is an internal privilege.
You cannot use it.
It is used by imp or data pump to full import or import fromuser/touser.

"audit BECOME USER by access;" acticates the audit of the usage of this privilege.
You can find the audit records in dba_audit_trail view.

Regards
Michel
