Dear Sir / Madam,
Please guide me how to set retention policy for a table in oracle using DBINFO.DB_RETENTION ?

before resize / add a datafile in a tablepace, we need to check the retention policy for a specific table....

What is DBINFO.DB_RETENTION? Because we can't find it in the documentation.

Apologies for inconvenience happened. Under DBINFO schema, they have created DB_RETENTION table and they have kept retention policy info for each table in all databases.

I made mistake and wasted all your time. I am sorry.

Thank you,
kesavan

This is NOT an Oracle standard table.
This is a custom one.
Ask the one that created it what it means and how to manage its data.

Michel
