I want to extract roles and privileges DDL for tablespace using dbms_metadata.get_ddl. How to do it?

Roles and Privileges are assigned to users.
Users are assigned with a default tablespace / quota on tablespace.

What are you exactly looking into?
And please search before posting. Most of these questions are already answered.

As far as I know, dbms_metadata.get_ddl is used for getting the DDL code used to create the object.

To get the privs and roles, you can use oracle enterprise manager or you can query some views such as dba_roles.

You can use dbms_metadata.get_granted_ddl
