Is there a problem with uploading the AWR report to here? With any thoughts you may have?

Before doing anything else, I would patch it up to 10.2.0.5.

Also you could run it through statspack analyzer.

You shouldn't be running 10.2.0.1 but 10.2.0.5.
Since you have a Standby configured, many of the waits relate to redo shipping to the Standby. Is the database configured in MAXIMUM PROTECTION mode or MAXIMUM AVAILABILTIY mode ? (Query V$DATABASE).
Apparently, a large portion of your redo and commit processing time is spent waiting on the commit to the standby.

You also have slightly high write wait times.

An 8 Hour AWR very unfortunately doesn't provide good diagnostic information as the statistics are "averaged out" over 8 hours.
You should take a peak period and generate a few AWR snapshots and reports for 15minutes or 30minutes.
