HELP : ASCP Planner Work Bench [message #502505]

Hi,

I am facing a wierd issue.
When I look at the planner work bench and try looking at the supply (planned order) for a few items , I am unable to see it (using my login account).

But , a colleague of mine is able to see the supply (planned order) for the same items using the work bench.

It seems to be something to do with my location and user id.

Note - I have already compared the setups that my colleague has for his planner work bench and mine.

Kindly help incase you have experienced something similar.
