I'm going through the instructions listed for setting up SOA Suite for WebLogic.
I'm on this step: 1.3.7 Step 7: Install and Configure WebLogic Server Version 9.2

I'm getting the ORA-39710 error at the "checkForDBConn" task in the build.xml.

I have tried to take my db out of upgrade mode by shutting down and then re-starting in normal mode. That does not work - I can only start in upgrade mode.

Is this because the db upgrade did not complete correctly or ???

I should note that this install requires installation of 10.2.0.1 db followed by an upgrade to 10.2.0.5 before you install the SOA Suite.
