Hi All,

please some one help me...

I am trying to create a controlfile for SQL LOADER, but the below error shown.

Note:
Control file name is -- cont_delimited.ctl

Error msg:
"cont_delimited.ctl" E212: Can't open file for writing.

post what you did.
The exact command line options used.
Proof that the file exists in said location.
And use code tags.
