Hi All,

I have a database created by developers with DBA users and many other voilations. I have to standardize it using best practices of Managing and maintaining Oracle Database. Please suggest/advice a book which can refered for this task.

Thanks

Start with:
Database Concepts (needed to understand what you will do)
