Hi all,

I am trying to connect to the Oracle apps 11i(residing on windows server 03), through Sql * plus client from windows 7 machine.

I get an error ORA-12547 TNS : lost contact

Here is the log file content

Fatal NI connect error 12547, connecting to:

Can anybody help me find out what's the problem with my settings?

ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact
 *Cause: Partner has unexpectedly gone away, usually during process
 startup.
 *Action: Investigate partner application for abnormal termination. On an
 Interchange, this can happen if the machine is overloaded.
