Just now I posted a new topic. After a preview I submitted it for real, but it took a long time to reload the page.
After about 2 minutes or so, I opened the PL/SQL Forum in a new tab and saw that my topic was added correctly, so I opened the main forum page in the tab that was still "Loading..."
When I got back to the PL/SQL forum page, I saw that my topic was posted twice.
I am absolutely positive that I did not submit it more than once.
And after posting this thread, there was YET another one in the PL/SQL forum (I did delete the duplicate prior to this post)
