Hi,

We recently purchased an Oracle License for a "Lab Information System" Oracle software. Could someone please let me know about the Licensing issues. They gave us an "ORACLE LICENSE AND SERVICES AGREEMENT" document. Is this document the standard from Oracle or differs upon clients. They asked us to sign every paper of the agreement. Is it ok to sign?

Please Advice

Best Regards,

Only you can know if it is a standard document or not as we have not your document.
Ask your Oracle contact, it will better answer than we can do.

Regards
Michel

Hi,
This is indeed a standard document. Sometimes Oracle requires you to sign this. If you want I can take a look at your document for you. My details are below.

Kind Regards,
Peter
