Will it effect on the performance of DML (Insert/Update/Delete) on Fast refresh of Materialized view with commit?

It depends upon DML issued

Hi BlackSwan,

Thanks for your answer...

Actually my materialized view contains a join query from 3 base tables. and each table contains 5,00000 Records.

while refreshing in complete mode it takes 30 minutes. so my question is, once I started refreshing materialized view. will it allow to insert/update/delete on base tables?
