Hi Team,

One of my production database TS is growing with the LOB segments for the Application sachems.Please find the LOB's below all the segments are creating on its own name..!

SYS_LOB0000395198C00001$$
USER_TS B81

SYS_LOB0000395238C00014$$
USER_TS B84

SYS_LOB0000395256C00006$$
USER_TS B88


Please advice

Query DBA_LOBS to know to which tables they belong.

Thanks for your reply...

I queried and got the Table name,Column name...Then what to do..!

Any idea on the mentioned LOB segment list, why & how these objects are being created with the own name into application schema..!

I am asking about ..Since it is an application schema..How the LOB objects got created with the name...SYS_LOB0000***

and do you have any idea on the mentioned LOB segment list, why & how these objects are being created with the own name into application schema..!

It is system generated names because Oracle has to name his segments and you don't (and can't) give a name to your LOB ones.
LOBs are not in the same segment than the table, they are in a different segment because they are not managed in the same way than the other columns.
