Hi,

Could you clarify below point:-

I have request_id of another user, now i would like to see the output of request_id. But i am unable to see the output of another user through view->Request. i have sysdmin Permissions. While giving request_id in FIND Requests form, VIEWOUTPUT button is greyed out. How to see the report of another user.

Is any profile option need to be modify???

Hi,

it depends on your eBS version. In 11i, access is for the user running the request or his responsibility.
For r12, we have some more options.

Also you can send the output by mail.

What do you mean by that?
What is the value of the profile?
Have you read the post FULLY, which I've pointed out?

And the attachment is an fmx.
What is that fmx? What do you want me to check in that?
Setting the profile option to 'Responsibility', which allows to see only the requests submitted by other users and that too from this responsibility along with the requests submitted by this user.

I have modified the concurrent:Report access level to responsibilty. But user unable to access the other person requests output.Plz refere the attachment once.

are you sure that you are trying to view it from the same responsibility as in which the request was started?

In which level you have set it to 'Responsibility'?
What are the profile values at Site / Responsibility / User levels?

Still you didn't tell me what is that fmx?

The version of FNDSRUN is 11.5.174

The .fmx contains the screen shot of profile option in responsibility level and user_level.

I have defined like this:-


   Profile Option Name            Responsibility        user 
                                 
                                  India Local Payables   114637


Concurrent:Report Acess Level     Responsibility

I could see two patches (8579398 fixes the issue caused by 7202163).
But doesn't seem like the issue is in 115.174

Anyway, try to apply the patch 8579398 and check.
By the way, why fmx? Why not a jpg?
I couldn't open that fmx in any picture editor.

But some of Profiles need to be changed in user level. I have changed the profile settings.
