From an user -

"We are not getting records for below query
SELECT *
FROM gets_rmd_flt_strategy
WHERE flt_strat2flt_code IN('17903','17929','18517','26846','37700','45100','45101','45102','45103')"
It seems someone has deleted theses records from gets_rmd_flt_strategy table. Could you please let us know why these records deleted and by whom?"

Or auditing if you've got it switched on which you probably haven't.
